How to create a PDF after subscribing to Adobe

I just signed up and don't know the first thing about this. I was needing to convert a pdf file to word and after searching found (or I thought) the only thing to do was subscribe to Adobe. Can you help me or direct me?

As I have checked the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscribed to Export PDF. With Export PDF subscription, you can convert a pdf file to Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents. To export a pdf, visit this link in a web browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf > click Select PDF files to export > choose files from my computer > select the files

To create a pdf, you may subscribe to Adobe PDF Pack or Acrobat DC.
