How to create a Table of Contents with Acrobat?

Hi guys, I have a PDF file of more than 500 pages, is there any built-in feature in Acrobat to create a Table of Contents?

No, this is the kind of thing that should be done before creating the PDF. It is possible, however, to do it using a script.
