How to create Adobe form that multiple people can fill out and sign different sections

Hi! I created a form that has different sections to be completed as well as different blocks for signatures. Each section is to be completed by an individual and signed so that it can be passed to the next individual to complete their section and sign. The problem we are running into is that once one e-signature is placed the form is locked, the text & check boxes disappear, and no one else can fill out any of the other sections. Is there a way around this????
