Hi there,

Since you didn't supply a screenshot or image of what you are working with, it's hard to know exactly what you're talking about in these issues. In addition, you are not providing the source of your PDF (scanned from a magazine, downloaded from a website, or from an email that someone sent you), all of these have different issues that can weigh in on how one addresses your request.

BUT, I belive you have greater expectations about what can be done in Acrobat's Editing capabilities. If you want to correct the spelling of someone's name or the date or small things like that, than yes Acrobat's editing capabilites will help you. But if you are expecting that it can reformat an entire page or big swatches of text, than you will probably be very disappointed.

If you can answer the source of your PDF, and what your operating system is (and what release), and what version of Acrobat Pro DC you are using (and what release), we might be able to help you to a better degree.

Thanks!

I don't think Acrobat is the right tool for this.  Open your PDF in Photoshop, make whatever changes you need and SaveAs PDF.
