Hello!

Since I updated Acrobat I get a pop up message every time I open any .pdf file.

Is there any way to disable this?

It's really annoying.

Thank you

Perhaps you could tell us, or show us, what this pop up says? Adobe have many pop ups, more or less annoying to different people, as well as there being many system and other pop ups.

Hi,

This could be a Microsoft Windows message.

As you start Acrobat, Windows chaecks and realises that in your file extension association there is a mismatch.

  1. Click on the windows icon
  2. Type: Choose default applications by file type
  3. Scroll down to locate .pdf
  4. It might be associated to another software or web browser.
  5. Click on the icon of the software associated and change it to Adobe Acrobat DC

You might need to add Acrobat DC to your list of trusted software.
