Hi, I created an editable PDF via illustrator. It has gradient texts which I am unable to edit in the PDF document. Is there any way to edit gradient texts in Adobe Acrobat Pro?

If you're trying to edit such document with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, you'll notice that won't find the necessary tools to do that.

Since Adobe Acrobat is a PDF editor (not an image editor), You'll need to do that with a GIMP software, such as Photoshop (or similar) or Illustrator itself; then convert the desired result to a PDF document.
