How to enable PDF thumbnails?

What must I do to show thumbnails  instead of icons in recent items?

Hello,

If you are using the Adobe Acrobat DC/ Reader DC as your default application on the machine, please refer to the following steps to enable the PDF thumbnails.

- Launch the application.

- Go to Edit > Preferences > General.

- At the right-hand side of the preferences window, check the box for "Enable PDF thumbnail preview in Windows Explorer".

- Then click on the OK button at the bottom of the preferences window.
