How to export multiple PDFs to Excel?

I am using an Acrobat Pro.



I am trying to convert a pdf file to an excel file.

It seems that only one day is going to the foreground.



Is it difficult to convert multiple files to Excel at the same time?

Or is there no way to get the conversion to work in the background?

Hi 재훈정,

As you need to convert multiple PDF files to Excel files at the same time, you can use the Action Wizard tool for that.

You can use the steps provided below to create an action to convert PDF to Excel:

- Launch Acrobat and go to Tools.

- Select "Action Wizard > Save & Export > Save

- Click the arrow to add the option at right-hand pane.

- Select "Specify Settings" option in the right-hand pane

- In the Output Options window, select "Export files to Alternate format" under Output Format.

- The select Excel workbook from the drop-down list of  "Export To".

- Make other changes in that window you required.

Now you can this action to convert multiple PDFs to Excel files.

No, you can't set Acrobat to run in the background. This is done on purpose by Adobe (as far as I can gather), to prevent it from being used as a background service, which it's not meant to.
