How to export my pfd with the roll over text to appear?

Hi There, 

I was hoping some one could help. 

I have created a pdf document with buttons - When the mouse roles over the button text pops up. 

The only issue I am having when I save,share or export the file to my desktop, the interactive roll over buttons/ pop up text does not seem to work. 

Does any one know how to export the pdf correctly so that the roll over buttons work?

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned above, the buttons with action to popup text on roll over does not work when you save the PDF, share it or export it to other format file. Is that correct?

Could you please let us know how exactly you have added the action to the PDF? How exactly you have created the PDF?

Please share the complete workflow so we can replicate the issue on our end.

Also, let us know the Acrobat and OS version you are using.
