How to format time in a fill in padf

I am creating a form that has a time field and am wondering if there is a way to format the time field to allow a time range i.e 3:00-3:45?Also, how do I get the am/pm time designation?

No, not if you use the built-in Time format setting.

To use the am/pm designation select one of the time formats that has "tt" in it.
