Did you get a resolution?  Those options are not pdfx-1a:2001 per Ingram's requirements. Adobe has 3 options listed and none of them are a simple pdfx-1a:2001. Ingram can't tell me which of the 3 to use and sometimes they accept one of those and sometimes they don't.
