I hope you still have a copy of Acrobat 9 around. When Acrobat Pro Extended was discontinued, the 3D importers were along with it. There was a time when you could get the importers from Tetra4D when upgrading to Acrobat Pro X but that time has come and gone.

The Desktop Client solution, Tetra4D Converter Plugin to Acrobat is still used to import IGES files into PDF documents. However, in order to use Tetra4D Converter you will need Acrobat Pro XI or DC.

Another option is using PROSTEP's PDF Generator 3D Server solution.

Another solution is to convert your IGES files to 3D PDF with CrossManager. Then, you will be able to open the 3D PDF files with Acrobat DC.

The previous Acrobat 9 importation tool is still available in DC, but they are now known as Tetra4D plug-in, Converter...No longer integrated in Acrobat.
