How to make the text fields blue?

Hi. When I create an editable PDF in Acrobat Pro the text fields are blue. But when I open the same PDF in Reader the text fields are transparent. How to make them blue as well?

On the menu bar select "Edit => Preferences" and then the "Forms" category. You should see a section about form field highlighting. Enable and set the colors as wanted.
