I am working on a fillable pdf that has a ton of text & form fields, and the PDF actually has a second part that is identical to the first part. I just took the first half of the PDF and duplicated it, but that caused all the form fields to have the same name which results in them being "linked" so to speak. Is there a way i can quickly rename the second part of these fields, or just rename all the fields in general so every single one is different?

You can do it using this (paid-for) script I created:

https://www.try67.com/tool/acrobat-rename-duplicate-fields-to-unique-fields

There's no built-in command in Acrobat that does that.
