Bravo.
Acrobat is my enemy. Thing crashes more than Roman Grosjean and cost's the company I work for money because our team spends loads of time trying to be tech wizards trying to fix Adobe's issues, rather than the actual jobs we need to be working on!

Hi @Patrick6616512+62

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you had with Acrobat.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Are you facing Crash while launching the app or while using an in-app tool such as Edit/Organize, etc. Or while viewing any PDF file?

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS?

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Acrobat app installed. If you are able to launch Acrobat, then please click on the help menu of Acrobat>select check for updates. Reboot the machine after installing the latest update of Acrobat 21.001.20142 Optional update, Feb 25, 2021

If you are on a Windows machine, you can also try the solutions from this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Hi @Patrick6616512+62 ,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would request you to help us with the Process dump and Procmon logs. Following are the steps and Help document to check how to capture these logs. Once you collect the logs, please update to any Cloud Drive and share us with the link. You can private message me if you want to share the logs privately.

  1. Procmon logs:
    1. Download the tool from the below link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon
    2. Extract the contents of the downloaded file.
    3. Double Click on procmon.exe file.
    4. If you see a Process Monitor Filter window, please click on OK.
    5. Then Open Acrobat/Reader and run the problem workflow.
    6. Go back to the Process Monitor tool and click File>Uncheck Capture Events.
    7. Then File>Save >All Events.
    8. The logs will be saved in the same folder as the tool with the name logfile.pml.
    9. Please share the file for further analysis.
  2. Process logs (Crash or hang logs). Please read this help document.

Thanks,
