This seems like a reasonably easy issue, but after searching the community, I couldn't find a solution.

I need to resize a document (attached) from 6x9 to 8.5x11, but can't figure out to do this.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

In that case your options are to "re-fry" the file (ie. print it to the Adobe PDF printer using the desired page size), which is not a great option, or to scale it using a script, like this (paid-for) one I've developed:

Preflight provides a scaling fixup.

Ok, I haven't used AXI in years.  That's like 5 versions ago.

Do you want the page scaled or cropped up?

Hi Thom - I believe it needs to be scaled up. The request I received was:

"Is it possible to resize this for an 8.5 x 11 cover? We need to change the page size for the book because the printer can’t print it at 6x9 because the page count is too high."

That's really silly. Acrobat can automatically scale a page to the paper size when you print it. There's no need to physically change its size.

If you are printing from Acrobat, then I'm with Try67, just scale on print. It's easier
