How to share a pdf with button tooltip text.

I have created a PDF program for an event coming up and I have created invisible form field buttons with popup  text about our presenters. This operation works great for me, even if I open the saved file on a different computer, but when I try to share an AdobeCloud link or attach the pdf to an email, the form fields are lost. 

How can I save the file so that anyone who views it can see the popup text?

Anyone must use Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat for viewing the file.

I am using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to create the document and even when I use Adobe Reader or Acrobat to use it I can't see the tooltip text if I have emailed it or shared the link via Adobe document cloud.

Can you share the actual file with us?

You can attach it to the original message using the tiny paperclip icon at the bottom when you edit it, or upload it to a file-sharing website (like Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe Cloud, etc.), generate a share link and then post it here.
