How to use 19 digit Redemption code?

I have just bought the Acrobat Pro DC (Student Teacher) and have only 19 numbers under the scratch it on the card supplied by Officeworks. Interestingly, I received an Adobe Case Reminder telling me that I have not yet activated my product yet. No s#it!
I have tried many times but I simply have 19 numbers to enter and not the 24 numbers that are requested. This product was bought from Officeworks on the 12th of April, 2017. That's not a long time ago...... I have sent a response to the Adobe e-mail but it has now been two days with no answer. I bought the software to assist in my studies. This issue trying to activate the software clearly has not been helpful. Meanwhile my assignment due date looms near.
If Adobe would spend a little money on support I'm sure this issue would have been resolved days ago. Even the smallest online retailers have 24hr support these days. BIG "F" for FAIL! Adobe...............

Richardr21104698 if you did not receive a valid redemption code from Officeworks then I would recommend returning your purchase to them directly.

Now, according to this page Redemption code help a 19 digit code is perhaps for a Student/Teacher edition. Seems likely. So, we go to here Serial numbers, redemption codes, and product codes | Student and Teacher editions and it tells us how to do your educational validation. (Since you did not buy from a school, you have prove to Adobe you are a student.)
So, did you get submit your product code and proof of eligibility to Adobe? Shame on Officeworks if they didn't tell you what you needed to do.
