HP 3634 will only print in colour

My HP 3634 will not print black and white when the "print in grayscale" box is checked while running Acrobat. I am using a Macbook Air with 10.14.6. and can print B&W from my iPhone. No issues printing Grayscale using Safari etc.

And somehow this has something to do with an Adobe application?

In the Printers properties is Print in Grey Scale selected?
