How do I solve the one with 46GB occupation?

Please explain what you mean concerning 46GB occupation? Do you mean that you have a 46 GB PDF file Whose size you want to shrink?

Sorry for confusing. The size of the software is 46GB  which is shown in the Programs and Features. 

Adobe Acrobat DC   Size: 46.3GB.    It is failed to upload the screenshot.
