Hyperlink text mismatch with PDF text.

Hi,

The below pdf hyperlink text is "%C3%B6%C3%B6" same text is given as link. But, when we checking in pdf using acrobat, "öö" character is showing. Refer the below screenshot and advise, Is this cause any problem? and why this changes occurred. Please advise.

The address a link object points to has nothing to do with the text it is located above. It can be anything.
Whether or not it works is something you can test for yourself... Why it happens is something you need to look into in the application that create the file.
