Hyperlinks in my Pulisher doc stop working after converting to .pdf

I have created a publisher doc containing several hyperlinks. After converting to a .pdf several of the links do not work.  the work perfectly in the .pub but once .pdf they no longer work.  I click the link, get the trusted site warning ALLOW and nothing! The links are to other .pdf documents on the same server. ???

Can you give the exact steps you are using to make the PDF? In addition, go to File > Properties in Acrobat and share a screen shot with this info:
