I am trying to save a pre-assigned pdf form in xml format - charset=UTF-8

Hi, I am trying to save a pdf  with pre-assigned fields in xml format (it is required in that form).

It keeps rejecting me, with the error:

"An error occurred during the submit process. Cannot process content of type text/html; charset=UTF-8."

What can I do?
