I've recently upgraded to PRO DC and trying to use app. Messages pop up that I've reached activation limit (2) but none are showing when I go into manage is I'm unable to de-activate. Any ideas?

you can use your account if you're only signed-into one (or two) device(s) and want to sign it out, https://accounts.adobe.com

the cc app will prompt you to sign out if you're already signed into two devices and are trying to sign in on a third.
