I can't import data from an Excel file

New Here ,
Jun 08, 2021 Jun 08, 2021

I followed the steps of creating a data file Excel. I made sure each colum is named the same as each field in the PDF form. When I saved the Excel file, I selected the "Tab Delimited Text" format. I then opened the PDF form, and tried to import the .txt. file . But received the error message:

"Could not load data from the text file."

I can't figure out why it won't import.  Please can some one help me.

Make sure the file is not open in Excel when you select it.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.
