I can't register my products

Hello, at my Company we bought some licenses a while ago for Acrobat 9 and X. I'm trying to register the products on my acocunt so I can download the software but the website says they're having some technical difficulties. I need to download the MAC installer to run an installation. Thanks in advance for your help.

you don't need to register to download.  and you probably can't register those because they're so old. if you have an enterprise license, log into the enterprise portal to download.  otherwise,
