I cannot record an audio note

Hello, my computer is running Windows 10, and the problem that I am facing with adobe acrobat when I try to record a voice note clearing this message and preventing me from that:
All wave devices that can record files in the current format are in use. Wait until a wave device is free, and then try again.
I don't even know what the wave device is, and I have checked that the program is up to date and I'm still facing the problem. Please help, thanks.
