Hi,

Can you confirm the version of the operating system you are using and the version of the applications you are trying to export from?

Can you also include the process you are using to export to pdf.

With more details we can help you better fix this issue.

Go to Edit - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".

That's greatly appreciated thanks. The save as function is now working. However the Export function still doesn't work?

You can try to open your pdf with Word. The more recent version of MS Word allows you to File > Open a pdf file.

It is possible also that the pdf is locked and will not allow you this type of editing. In Acrobat go to File > Properties, in the Security tab you will see a list of what is allowed and what's not.

Thanks again. opening the pdf using word seemed to work much appreciated. I know it is not your fault but long term it is not an efficient way for me to do it. So I am not happy that I pay ADOBE for a service I am not getting. I am not sure if exporting to other applications like excel will work.  Is there  a way I can get this sorted so I have the right solution otherwise I will have to stop paying for this service I am not getting.
