I got an email that says I have a subscription to Adobe premium that I never signed up for

I don't know what to do.  I got an email with a subject line that read: "Get started with your premium PDF tools"

And the body of the email said:  "Welcome to your Adobe Acrobat premium subscription. Your subscription unlocks all tools in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app. You can also use most premium tools online."
I never signed up for a subscription.
What should I do?
Thanks.

You can cancel the subscription here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

However, this might be an indication of a larger issue. Contact your bank and make sure no one is using your credit card without your knowledge.

I doubt Adobe sent you a free subscription to Adobe Acrobat.

Follow Try67's advice and check your credit cards and bank accounts for unwanted charges.

I got this email recently as well.

Though Adobe Phishing Team believed the email to be genuine, no suspicious payments came out of my account and the general support team confirm no unusual subscriptions linked to my account.
