Hi I have got same issue. Win 10 and Acrobat DC 19.012.20034.
It happens only when I am using Adobe PDF printer. Does not happen with Microsoft Print to PDF. It looks like the doc is divinded into large areas or so. Hard to determine what is the cause.
Anyone any idea how to fix it?
I have the same issue. Whenever I convert webpage to pdf document.
I am using adobe acrobat 9 with windows 10 and chrome browser.
Acrobat 9 is an old version, not compatible with Windows 10.
What I found is that if you Print the file to a new pdf and resave it, that should take care of the issue. It worked for me anyway.
