We have checked your account using the email address used to login into the community and see that you have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription. We have checked your billing details, you are subscribed with a monthly billing cycle.
There are only two transactions that have been occurred from the date of purchase.
As you have mentioned, you are charged double. Could you please confirm the service for which you have been charged?
Also, check if both the charges are for the same service.
