I have digitally signed a document but in the signatures scroll it says the field is still an unsigned field. When you go to the field you see my signature and I can't delete it or resign it. The signature I used is under my trusted signatures. The issue is that this form is used by multiple automated processes that only work if my digital signature is there and registered by the document. I can't just get a new version because that changes all the keys in the form fields. I worked with an Adobe support person, I have Acrabat Pro DC but they couldn't figure it out and recommended I post to this forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
