Howard khim, we are not the people you need to talk to. We are Adobe customers, just like you. Contact customer Service. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

Hi Howard khim,
Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat.
Could you please try the following
1. Sign in with your Adobe ID on https://account.adobe.com/ in web browser.
2. go to plans tab and confirm if your subscription plan is listed
3. If your plan is listed there, please trying signing out and resign in Acrobat.
4. If your plan is not listed, please confirm the ID on which you have purchased the subscription.
