I try to add signature image it freezes.

before Adobe support had me erase everything I used to be able to click the "fountain pen tip" icon and an image of my signature was in the drop down.... then I placed the image of my signature in the pdf. When I click the "add signature" drop down it just freezes and becomes unresponsive.

It used to be just the "fountain pen tip".....now it's the same icon but underneath it says "sign yourself"...when I try to add an image it freezes.
