I try to log into acrobat and it automatically logs me out and closes

I log into acrobat (or any adobe) and it asks for me to log in. After I do, it briefly shows me as logged in and the crashes. I am using an updated version, I have tried unistalling and reinstalling. I have worked with my school IT, (used the forum suggestions of OOBE etc.) nothing will work. I am primarily using my school account but the same issue happens when I try to use my personal account. One note is I upgraded from a Lenovo T410 to a T430 and cloned the system from the first to the next.

You can't clone Acrobat. Uninstall it, run the Cleaner tool (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html) then install it again.

Thank you for the replies. Ultimately I unistalled Adobe from the original computer and the new one and then ran the cleaner tool on both just to be safe. I then recloned the computer and installed Adobe again. This has cleared up the issues.

You must always uninstall the program first in the old system before a major system upgrade is performed.

I other words, uninstall from the old disk image,

then clone your disk image into the new harware, and last install Acrobat afresh.

You may also want to visit:

https://account.adobe.com/plans

Click on "Manage Plans" and scroll down to thr end of that page.

You may see that more than one computer device is activated with the same subscription.

Deactivate the old device and only leave active the computer that you are currently using.
