In our environment users are experiancing issues when working/upload consectutive PDFs using IE to our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 ERP application. Users access the ERP application by way of published IE apps from Citrix (7.15 farm), the citrix host delivering the app is Windows server 2016 with 7.15 VDA.
Every time IE crashes we see the same Event 1000, application error for Faulting application IEXPLORE.EXE with faulting module, AcroPDFImpl.dll_unloaded. Adobe Acrobat reader DC version 20.013.20074 is loaded, though we've also tried rolling back to previous version 20.012.20048. In the event, I do notice that the version for AcroPDFImpl.dll is shown as 20.13.20066.15255, which is slightly different from the installed Acrobat Reader DC version. Not sure if that is a clue though. We'd appreciate any suggestions or further troubleshooting tips. Thank you!
