Around 3/10/21 we started to get reports that IE11 cannot open PDFs off some 'Trusted' Security Zone sites after installing the 3/10 hotfix. IE tab just freeze after the download progress indicator is all blue and completed. Just never seems to render.

Do you have IE11 with the Acrobat PDF Maker extension installed and active?

If yes, try disabling it just for troubleshooting purposes.

You also have Acrobat and Reader installed together which seems to be somewhat related to this issue, but this is just a guess.

In any case, if this is happening  after the last update, seems like some preferences settings reverted to defaults.

Check if you need to disable Protected View at Startup.
