IMAGE field is missing in Acrobat DC PRO

In PREPARE option where we want to make a fillable pdf ,I want to add image field (where user can add photo by browsing any location) but IMAGE field is missing in Acrobat DC PRO .

Please help here.

Click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form.
