Import Data from excel to PDF Fillable and change info everytime someone write his employee number

Hi,

I need to know how can I import excel file with 300 employees information (such as Employee number, Name, department and email) to my form. I need the information change every time that someone choose his employee number, when it happens I need that the rest of my fields automatically

filled with my excel info, hope someone can answer me, thanks a lot
