Import optimize settings

I just upgraded to DC from X. I need to import my optimize settings (several were created in X which no longer opens). Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

this for x to xi, but should help you do the same from x to dc, Migrate Settings, Actions, Signatures, etc from Acrobat Pro X to Pro XI (Installation & updates)
