Hi Denisr,

Hope you are doing well.

Would you mind confirming the exact version of Adobe application you have been working with?

Meanwhile, try the suggested troubleshooting steps below-

  • Open Acrobat>help>check for update https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html
  • Else, please run "Repair Installation" under the Help menu.
  • Try "Print as image" option to print PDF.
  • Open print window, go to Advanced tab and check the box for "Print as Image".
  • The click OK at the bottom and then print.
  • If this does not help, try to change "View documents in PDF/A mode" to Never under Edit menu>Preferences>Documents.
  • For testing, Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup", "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat.

Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

Let us know if it helps or if the issue still persists.

Thanks,

Akanchha
