Insert an image on a PDF form from mobile

Hello everyone, 

I created  PDF form with adobe acrobat. This PDF is for using on a mobile device (most probably an iPad). 

I would like to insert a file where the user can either took a picture directly, or import a picture from the photo library. Is there a way to do so? I would imagine just a field that would open an option box saying either "Take a picture" or "Import a picture from Library".

Use PDF Expert by Readdle and it will work with a normal image field.
