Insert Page into Multiple Locations

Hello - I am not familiar with JavaScript;

What, if possible, is the best way to insert a page into multiple locations?

(i.e.) PDF document @ 72 pages. Need to Insert an additional page after every second page. Currently changing view to multi-up and dragging page manually.

There is no special function to insert pages more than once, so you just repeat the insertion in a loop until you are done. Best to start at the end to avoid complications with the algorithm.
