Hello,
I creating a pdf with the form and it is for the end user to insert the image myself in the specified place in pdf. Nowhere I found how it could be done.
In pdf, only the cells in which the end user himself writes the texts and needed to put the images there in such a way that he does not have to use professional program such as indesign or acrobat pro.
Thank you for your advice.

It looks like you're using Acrobat, so you will be able to add image fields like try67 suggested. Image fields are nothing more than regular buttons with a Layout other than "Label only". Adobe recently added functionality to Reader so that users can select common image formats (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP). Before that, Reader 11 could only import images from PDFs, and before that, it could not import images, unless you go back to versions 3 and 4 (but it couldn't save back then, just submit).
The functionality is implemented with the field.buttonImportIcon method, so the Mouse Up script can simply be:
// Mouse Up script for a button
event.target.buttonImportIcon();

Yes. You can add an "image field" in Acrobat and the user will be able to
insert an image into the form using just the free Adobe Reader.

I can ask for a more precise way to add a field to which the user chooses and inserts the image. Thank you

This is a feature in the very latest Acrobat DC. Do you have that? If not sure, what version do you have (from About)?

What do you mean by "more precise way", exactly. Note that you can use any version of Acrobat (3.01 and later) to add such a field, but Adobe Reader users will need a recent version on Windows or Mac in order to use it to insert images, or Reader 11 or later to insert an image that's been converted to PDF.

Yes i have the latest acrobat reader dc.
I would like to specify my request more precisely.
I'm creating an interactive pdf for car dealers. See attached picture.
The dealer will write a text box and choose a car picture at the end of the pdf.
The dealer must select a photo from his computer and put it in pdf.

Form designers can’t use Acrobat Reader to design. What software do you use?
