I'm trying to install Acrobat. I click the Install button and I immediately get the error that there is a conflict with Microsoft Outlook and to close Outlook. I have closed Outlook and I am still getting the same error. I still cannot install Acrobat DC.

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine? Please try the steps provided in the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-close-following-applications-continue.html and see if that fixes the issue.
