Hi, I purchaased Adobe Acrobat DC and have attempted numerous times to install it. The error message keeps repeaating that I close Microsoft Word and Outlook They are closed. I've used Task Manager to check for background processes as well.
Any suggestions? Thanks, Alana

Once you launch Task Manager go to Details tab and check once .
