Interactive PDF to be email using wordpress

I have a created interactive PDF form I want to use for our company website. After the user is done filling out the form to be emailed back to us by email. It will be the same email each time and the website we are using is wordpress. If there is any plugins or tools that can be used to make this possible?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you wish to receive the filled form in an email.

In that case, you need to add a submit button in the PDF form and add an action to it. It can be done in Adobe Acrobat DC application.

You can simply upload the file on WordPress like any other media file and then you can post the link to that file.
