Ran across a very strange issue with a specific users computer and hopefully someone else has ran across this before, and found a fix.
The user opens a PDF document from a specific software that we use, the PDF opens and at that moment, the PDF is searchable and the OCR layer is still present.
Once the user saves the document to a physical location(folder, desktop, my documents, etc) and opens the PDF again, the text longer searchable. We've checked her settings within DC Reader and everything appears to be set correctly.
The issue has been isolated to the specific user. Nobody else is experiencing the issue. We have performed a re-install of Adobe DC Reader. The version we are all using at our company is version 21.001.20145.
