Hi. I'm running Adobe PDF Pro 10 on a modern laptop and trying to PDF a Word 2010 document under Windows 7 that is 122 pages long. Each time I try either 'PDF Pro 10 PDF Creator' or alternatively 'print-to-Pro10' from the print menu, the app starts, then exits with an "Invalid pointer operation". I'm not running a buggy platform with hacked or pirated OSs or anything like that - I also use virus scan s/ware. This is a trial version of Pro 10 and if it can't PDF the Word document then I cannot see any point in buying it. I also tried other Word 2010 docs and got the same result.
What's the issue?
