Invisible writing

When I write something it's always white on white, so everything I write is invisible. How can I fix this?

If you're using Adobe Acrobat on MS Windows, I would suggest to click on Help--->> Repair Installtion.

I am suggesting this in the case that you've already tried changing user preferences with no success.

You need to explain how you're writing, exactly... What tool are you using? What application? etc.
